Arpağ Lab’s primary research interest is to elucidate fundamental biophysical principles underlying the dynamic evolution of microtubule cytoskeleton and microtubule-based transport driven by molecular motors. Arpağ Lab uses a multidisciplinary approach, including computational modeling, in vitro reconstitution experiments, and quantitative image analysis.
